Are we in Rivendell, or, is this what happens when Victorian architects run out of the boring square Lego bricks and have to get creative with the other bits in the box?  Either way it's amazing, and only out-amazing'd by the surrounding trees.

Went to Malvern Meeting this morning, and generally explored in the afternoon, before heading back via Leamington to drop M off at Caitlin's.

Decided to pick our way cross country / via Northampton before heading up to the A14.  On the whole a fairly successful route.  Unfortunately the whole day had taken it's toll in hours and energy and I didn't get to the band practice tonight.
