Lincoln Continental

Found this lounging around on a road I've never really been down. Looking at another house (of course), one of the big group of houses we've found. Interesting, has the same run down look that all the houses I've seen by these owners. Also interesting was the run down multi-family next door! 6 units......with maybe 2 empty.

Spent the afternoon at a closing. Something we saw 6 weeks ago.

We weren't going to do anything with the property but I have some paint left, walls aren't that big, and it's such a small house it'll only take me 2 hours to paint it tomorrow. So I figure what the hell, lets get it into our corporate colours, and then get it rented. So maybe a couple of days at this house at most.

Summer is approaching fast though, need to get things done as I'm leaving soon for Italy.....
