Thermal Pools at Hanmer

Rain, rain all night and day. Hopeless for landscape photography. But we are warm and cosy in a lovely cottage. We checked out the village this morning and lunched at the bakery. The thermal pools beckoned. So we spent most of the afternoon lolling around in the hot waters while cold rain pattered down. The thermal pool complex is extensive. The three hydro-therapy pools are magic. They are the place to head to if one has any aches and pains. The water jets are very powerful but soothing on tense muscles.
