Tears On Tuesday

I heard the tragic news just after midnight this morning. Much revered and respected teacher, Anne Maguire, senselessly killed while teaching her class in East Leeds yesterday.

The school is on a tough estate very close to where I worked for twenty years at Jimmy's Hospital. Regardless; listening to students and parents recounting their love for her was just so profoundly upsetting.

To be honest, I reckon the whole of the UK is devastated by this...
