Central Courtyard, Friends House

Up at Friends House again today, for my volunteering session in the Quaker Centre. Fairly quiet in the Centre, perhaps because of the Tube strike, so was able to help the bookshop staff with sending out orders for the new Book of Meetings. Picked up some copies of Sharing Our Meetings' Stories, which we plan to use in our Local Meeting as part of our away weekend in October, looking at ways of nurturing and building our community. A good day all round, not even spoilt by the fact that I had to leave earlier than usual to get home for a dental appointment.
