Weird guy about to freeze...

This weird guy holding marketbags is one of my roommates. He is so weird that he went outside in this clothes at -2 degrees celcius. Once askes, he'd answer that he feels stylish in these underpant sized shorts and the unique greenish yellow sport shoes that he wears. I am not kidding, at least 20 strangers looked at us with questioning eyes wearing cloaks and stuff unlike this weird guy in a 200 m walking way. I am sleeping in the same room with this awkward guy. He also sleeps at 8 pm sharp, been drunk his 1L milk and she shouts at us for no reason and claims that we make so much noise that he could not sleep. (We suspect that he is up all night so long even after we fall asleep and we are afraid that he might do some bad things to us counting as revenge.)
