Chicken For Tea?

I was taken more pictures of flowers this morning ......... until the vase fell over and emptied all the water into the cushions on my chair.

I could have choked myself ..... I certainly wasn't standing about with my arms crossed.

It was a lovely morning which meant I was able to get a couple of shots of the first clock of the season.

I saw the chicken when we were shopping this morning and had to take a shot for my chicken owning friend.

Although it clouded over after lunch, it cleared up by the time we got home so there were a few more weeds got ripped out of the ground and some over long shrub shoots got chopped off in their prime.
