Emergency rations

Ed is going back to uni tomorrow - so I set to making bread (he took half a loaf), muffins (he only took one for the journey) and another lemon sponge cake using my mum's method rather than Mary Berry's...and he took virtually the whole thing.

Note: you can fit almost the complete cake inside a 2 litre ice cream tub if you just shave off one side slightly...amazing!
