Last min blip

Was on a very boring course today and then had 4 hr drive back to Manchester. Not much chance to blip again today so Emmergency blip as I cooked my dinner very late this evening.

Since bootcamp I feel very energised and focused and have been trying to over haul my eating habits as I have been getting in to bad habits. Looks a bit messy but this was seriously tasty :-).

So - will try harder tomorrow :-)
