Stretching

A beautiful sunny and warm day - and a complete contrast to yesterday. Had a lovely bike ride to work - the cherry blossom is still looking splendid as are the magnolia trees which are in bloom. A day of meetings, another lovely bike ride home and then a Pilates class - my first in a course of six. Tonight we practiced some basic moves, even so I discovered a few muscles I didn't know I had! The light on the canal tonight was a warm orange colour - it was very tranquil. The rowers glided past silently making their work look effortless (although I know it is far from it!).
