A random Dublin mural

It is very late here and I am very tired. It has been a long day I have given a talk this morning and then a three hour exchange of ideas with local police, probation, local voluntary agencies, prison staff etc. Big lunch which was good. Back to hotel and then I delivered the 7th Annual Martin Tansey Memorial Lecture at the somewhat swanky civic courts building. I was going to blip that but decided this was more quirky. The lecture went well apart from me coughing my way through it and I was then taken out to a nice meal. I feel quite content now but so ready for bed.

I have seen nothing of Dublin yet but hope to tour around a little tomorrow if I wake up refreshed, before returning to UK late afternoon. If I take a decent photo of Dublin I will blip it.

This mural was on the wall of an old building next to my hotel. I don't know what it is meant to represent but I thought it was fun.

Sorry I have not looked at other's blips in the last 48 hours it has been too hectic and I have a recurrence of my infection which is annoying but luckily anti biotics on hand! Still a fulfilling if tiring day.
