Worn and torn

Now this is just embarrassing. Since fitting a new chain and cleaning the tensioner I haven't been able to get a smooth ride, I think the dirt was required for correct operation. Possibly I should have paid more attention to the 'replace tensioner when fitting a new chain' advice in the instructions.
