Seal Pups

We had been lucky with the weather until last night then came face to face with the storm at Kaikoura the sea was wild and crashing over the rocks along the coast road.
This morning we drove back to see the Seal pups up the stream, it is an awesome experience and is so popular with families and tourists.
The pools were full so pups were playing all the way up to the waterfall.
It's very dark in the bush so not easy to photograph, this is a phone shot and I have used drama in snap seed which has added a bit of noise, but shows the pups off, two were having a tussle while one was playing king of the castle and having a good scratching !
