57: 100 Days of Happiness

Aaah, lazy Saturday brunch. I do love Saturday mornings. We always watch Saturday Morning Kitchen, usually cook something nice for breakfast and then lounge around until it's time for my shift at the charity shop. Saturdays are always nice :)

Today's breakfast was some baked avocado with an egg cracked into the hole left by the pit. I did enlarge the holes slightly but Craig was insistent I wouldn't need to. He definitely underestimated the volume of an egg!! Ended up having one egg between two halves of the avocados with the yolk in one and most of the white in the other. Still tasty though, went great with toast!

Next time, I'm hoping to bake it but have the yolk still runny.
