So today was fairly relaxed!

Rocked up this morning to my second months worth of MSYP Surgeries held in a local high school but sadly nobody had booked in this week!

Surgeries have been slow to start but I'm sure it's based on need and promotion so focusing now on the quality of the service and far from the quantity.

Talking of Focus! Today's BLIP is of my Briefing notes for the presentation I delivered to the Scottish Parliament's Children and Young People Cross Party Group.

Awesome to join with colleagues from Legacy 2014, Athletics Scotland, University of Stirling and Education Scotland to deliver a presentation on "Legacy 2014 in Action".

Safe to say that Youth Legacy Ambassadors - are as Convener Alison Johnstone MSP said - the superheroes of legacy delivery in communities across Scotland.

So onwards! A lazy afternoon and evening lies ahead after a relatively tiring week so far. Meetings every evening! Straight from work until 10PM!

But wouldn't change it for the world! Nope. Creating change through commitment to empowering others is the way forward!
