Marinade for

five spice pork belly done!

I have done this a few times now and it goes down really well, just have to marinade for 12 hours, cook tomorrow then if our patience lasts have it with the rice on Friday, if not it may be eaten tomorrow :-)

Thank you for all your kind comments yesterday, not much better today, or worse as Geoff would say but then he also says what's the point of saying anything!
