Low tide in town

Afternoon at Havelet Bay looking back at the lovely old (and some new) buildings.
Looks very different on a low spring tide with lots of rocks and sand.
Anybody who remembers the winter when I took a blip of some young men at the top of the slipway playing in the waves will understand what a difference a few months make.
During winter some very large waves went over this wall and travelled down the road wrecking a number of commercial premises and shops. Seems very benign now though!
