Ice gems

Didn't we use to eat iced-gems? I vaguely remember something along those lines...anyway, this should be more palatable than the pigs' snouts I posted last. These are ice-cubes, coloured with food colouring stuff and frozen in a "gem" design silicone mould. The mould was a Christmas present for my wife, which makes it a bit odd...used pressies not being the norm'!
