Heading to the theatre

Fun evening watching Stepping Out performed by what I am starting to think of as my old drama group. I still like to stay in touch and go down and support but it's been a while since I've done more. Lovely to see people tonight. And there were some very fun bits in the play.

It's late now and I am very tired after a disturbed night's sleep and an early start to fight my way to the hospital for a physio assessment. Took almost two hours to do something stupid like 8miles. Partly tube strike and partly a bus breaking down. I nearly gave up but glad I didn't as it was a really good session and I am feeling much more confident about my knee and a full recovery. Still have to do the patience bit which I'm not so good at but hope is a helpful accompaniment.

Bit of work before lots of child-related logistics, including collecting Jackson from ultimate frisbee - "the best game ever!".

Then the play, drinks with friends and now sleep. Hopefully.
