Cake turned Pudding

Had a bit of a disaster with a cake recipe that led to a cake that never baked properly... However the fillings and icing were tasty so we scooped up the rather goey cake and made it into a sort of pudding instead... Tasted ok, and gave us something to put candles on and sing to the marvellous Bethany on her 19th!
