Ben's Formal

Today was Ben's last day of school, well Y11 ie.

Y11 kids got off school early and they all did the customary signing/ripping of school uniform. He came home looking like a pirate! He loved every minute of it apparently. He, and a bunch of his friends, went for lunch at a restaurant after school dressed like that.

Anyway, here's a picture of us at his formal where he's looking much better and I must admit I did have an emotional moment just realising how fast my kids are growing :(

Y11s plus some teachers stayed at this venue for their party and some parents carried on to a dinner at a rather nice Italian restaurant on the harbour.
