New habits

I had been getting frustrated with how my bread was coming out - it kept sticking to the tin and being a bit uninspiring. Then my mum came to stay (nearly a month ago already - who's stealing time?!) and gave me something of a master class in her tin-free method... Et voila!

Since then, they have all pretty much turned out looking like this. I'm quite chuffed.

I must confess that I am still lazy enough to use my bread machine to mix and rise the dough for me, so I don't think I really deserve much credit, but nonetheless it's a nice habit to have got into.
