Annual patio cleaning

I have been cleaning the patio with the pressure hose machine. The Bosch machine we have had for a couple of years is a vast improvement on the old one. This one uses less water and there is less dirt splashing on me and the surrounds. However with the attachment it is like hoovering, and it really gives me back ache instantly, so I can only do it in ten minute sessions. I am getting there though.....
