Butternut squash profiteroles

Stupidly I left these on my desk and I only got to try one! Butternut squash profiteroles made by the catering students! They had fresh cream in them so probably not good to eat tomorrow which is ok as we were meant to be having a healthy May!

The one that I had was surprisingly nice!
