90th Birthday!!!

This is my neighbour who reached her 90th birthday today, her daughters' had made her a special buffet at lunch time as a surprise. She is really a special lady having been diagnosed with Alzheimer's about 3years ago. At the moment she only finds difficulty in her short term memory, she has been disorientated once 2 weeks ago which was very distressing for her and the family, but otherwise she is fairly well, she has a cat ( which adopted her several years ago ) who she adores, it is her life, she is sooo kind to it , it's no wonder it doesn't leave!!
