A new material shop has opened near our house selling amazingly cheap material. The girls and I couldn't resist so we bought some and took it to the nearby tailor who will make us new dresses. I've enjoyed getting to know the lady who works there- she's such a skillful dress maker and very lovely. She's a refugee from a nearby country.
