Motivation

I spent all day in Leeds today on the first of two days of management training. We were looking at motivation, management styles, coaching techniques and getting the most from your team. Lots of role play and practicing new techniques.
It was intense but very useful - lots to think about and put into practice at work. Day 2 in a month!
