Sweet treat

A busy day as predicted but it ended reasonably early in time for a trip to the gym - the first time since before Easter. A break and being back on the chocolate means that it was a necessity as well as an opportunity for a catch up. And surviving it was a reason for a bit of a treat once I was home. I don't think it is quite supposed to work like that but it's been a long week and it was the last one...
