Must try harder

Two members of the Fine Gael and Labour electoral subaquatic teams doing their utmost to try and extract a promise of vote from flooded slugs at the curbside.

"Vote for me and I'll make the rain stop!"
"Vote for me and elevated social housing for slugs will be at the top of my agenda!"

Desperation has made them sink to such shallownesses.
