A day in the wineyards

The first of May is bank holiday here, almost like in most of Europe. Here in the German speaking part of Switzerland they celebrate it by opening up all the wine cellars and get people to taste their wines (and eventually buying some). We spent the whole morning and part of the afternoon tasting wines in a local winery. The kids run in the wineyards, played in the playground and watched a puppet theatre organised by the local kids. There was music and food, it was simple great. Needless to say we came back home with six bottles. Friends then invited us and other friends to their place for Raclette. We came home at 21:00 and Ari was exhausted. Well, I have to say we celebrated this amazing day in proper Swiss style.
