At The Light

A lovely day, sunny day but a couple of showers and even a hail shower in the morning but mostly blue skies all day and in the evening. Still a cold nip coming from the north!

I've been working down at Sumburgh Lighthouse today, helping out for the grand opening of the new visitor centre there. I'll be helping out over the next few weeks with various things and great place to have a change of scenery for the day job :)
I've had a fine quiet evening and had mam along for a cuppa and a chat.

This is the light at Sumburgh Head with the clear blue skies this afternoon. A lovely paint job has been done to the light for the grand opening tomorrow.
