The Lighthouse
I seem to be in a minimalistic mood at the moment with yesterday's stark light bulb and today's slightly different view of the lighthouse at Newhaven. It is much photographed so I thought I would try and take a slightly different perspective on it and feature the strength that the structure has in shedding it's light across the Firth of Forth regardless of the various elements.
It was unusual today to see the white clouds quite high in the sky slowly floating from North to South whilst the dark rain clouds were speeding from East to West, must have been some swirling winds up there to make that happen and it makes the long exposure give an unusual effect that was all due to filters and the weather.
