Scotland Street moment

After yesterday's Hogwarts moment, a Scotland Street moment today. Alexander McCall Smith kindly sponsors a fellowship and lecture under the heading of 'Isabel Dalhousie' - a unique contribution, apparently, in terms of naming fellowships and lectures after fictional characters. Tonight, not only did Edward Mendelson deliver another Dalhousie Lecture, but also Sandy introduced this group of musicians from St Mary's School who were setting a WH Auden poem to music.

Overall, quite a special evening.
