Calm

Today I bought a couple of little presents for R and one of them was a book called 'Calm'. This is one of the pages.

Calm is something we both desperately need and crave. It's been a crazy time and this week particularly has been horribly busy. I ache all over from having had to clean, scrub, pack, lift and carry to get the old house ready for the end of tenancy, and the new place is still like a bomb site.

We're going to work on routine, early nights, restful sleep and better diet and exercise. We both need it for health reasons and we deserve it.
