HUGGING THE GROUND

After today’s 30 mph. winds slowed,
I went for a quick walk-around, and
Just about stepped on these cuties.

So lush and green.
Not the usual desert plant.
They covered an area the size of a hula hoop, and
Fall in the category of: I’ve- never-seen-these-before.
