We are loving the time that the new nursery routine gives us! Time together, time with friends, time just to do more fun things!! We started the day designing a Queen Elsa dress together. Its going to take a lot of work before its finished -the skirt is a four layered affair, the bodice is a from-scratch, custom design, the cape is three layers and requires hand beading. But it will be fabulous!

Mid morning, our friends E & baby F arrived. We had a snack and play before we headed out for a walk to the park. They had a wonderful time on the swings, with F in his adapted big swing, thanks to the wonders of the wrap. Katie loved that he can now run round with her too. We got back just in time before the drizzle started and headed out for some lunch. We popped afterwards to get the rest of the bits for Katie's costume before they kindly offered to take us to ballet.

Katie had a fantastic time at dancing - she loved that her little friend is now in the Thursday class too and showed her and the other new starters how it was done. She also danced the big girls' class afterwards. She giggles and beams the whole way through the contemporary section and loves so much of their tap work. She did nearly the full class before deciding she needed her onesie and some tea. She then fell asleep with a grin on her face in the taxi home.
