Finished the first one

This is the finished portrait of the younger child that I blipped yesterday, then in its initial stages. I now have to get to work on the other one. Once I start I don't want to stop for anything (my poor husband knows there won't be any meals cooked and that I won't be early to bed when I'm involved with a painting). It's all consuming but I love the feeling of being so engrossed in a painting that I don't notice anything going on around me. Which does mean I'm not very sociable when I'm painting!

Hopefully I might get the other one finished for tomorrow's blip, although it does mean my husband isn't getting much of a weekend!
