The presence of absence

After realising I couldn't decide which part of a dandelions' story I wanted to tell I thought I'd make a sequence... I took these pictures stood alone in the middle of a field on a run, blowing the little feathers off the stem and watching them parachute through the air. I found out that the Latin name for this part of the plant 'pappus' means 'old man' - a nice description!
