Castle Town - Holland

Managed to reach the other Castle Town, after which this blipfoto album is named: a small village near Arnhem in eastern Holland. The castle is a 14th century fastness, complete with donjon tower. A baron resided here until the 1970s, and he held sway over the village.

Snow is 15 to 20 cms thick out here, which makes for pretty images, but atrocious travel conditions.

I'll be blipping from here for the next fortnight or so.
