Broom

Busy day today with the drive to Inveraray, up Loch Awe , past Loch Etive and on to Oban for a shopping trip for the usual household essentials as well as some garden items. All because we won't have time tomorrow as we are away all day - the big game of the season , our final game and it just has to be away to Dundee who only need a draw to win the league. It should be a really good game with lots of atmosphere from both sides although we will most definitely be outnumbered on the terraces.

However we won't be overlooked as a lot of the Dumbarton fans dress up in outrageous costumes for the final away game - should be some good photos from that !

Tomorow night is the awards night dance at the Rock Stadium , glam clothes for that already packed , ready to dance the night away and celebrate with the team.

Tonight's images are of the white broom bush in our garden. It sits in one of the heather beds and this year it looks amazing , making a beautiful shape in front of the holly tree with the pinks and purples of the heather in front. I had a bit of fun making a collage of the bush and a couple of close ups of the blossoms on it.

Have a great wekend whatever you are doing.
