Cocktails and cake

Continuing my mum’s birthday celebrations, my sister and I made some mocktails, mmm. We made three different ones in the end – this is the first! They were followed by champagne and a delicious roast dinner.

The cake is a layered lemon cake with white chocolate and lemon ganache.

The hyacinths were a gift to my mum from my dad. : )
