Rocky

According to the lady at the health bureau (and the folks at Google), seeing this guy in the middle of the day is no cause for alarm, as long as he isn't pacing, frenzied, foaming, frothing, chittering in an agitated manner or "performing acts of self-harm." Of course, my co-worker and I both pictured him "cutting" and then were immediately ashamed of ourselves. In our defense, it was kind of an odd thing for her to throw in on the end.
Some of the neighbors were sure he "had the rabies," while another told us that the raccoon is often seen up on this roof, resting from his regular raiding of their gardens and trash cans.
We are going to alter our walk to keep an eye out for Rocky, and if those squirrels don't straighten up, we will leave our crackers for him instead.
