The Kelpies

Or at least a tiny little part of one of them. They have only been finished for a few months but I think you would have have to have lived on the moon not to have seen a picture of the full sized beasts which sit just off the M9 near Falkirk. I have to admit to being quite impressed at their size. They are huge and have proved an impressive addition to the landscape. Its a great shame that they are blighted a little by the backdrop of electical pylons and cables but such are the trappings of modern living. That aside however I liked them and I am sure they will prove to be draw for many years.
