Brrrr - Edinburgh Grinds to a halt

I had to drive into the city for a dental appointment at 09.00. Left home at 07.50 due to the snow starting and what should take 30mins max took 2 hours 10 mins!!!!

Okay it was snowing, okay we hadn't had snow on the roads for a while but for goodness sake do you have to drive at 10mph on the A1!!!!

It was picturesque and I can truly say in all the years I have driven along London Road, I have never seen so many people walking along it.
