The Journey Continues

I know, it's bread again. But the quest to coax those pockets of air with fermented grain has become something of an obsession with many less than delicious chunks along the way. When it emerges something like this and the mature ferment provides a rich and tasty crumb, I just can't help marveling at how such simple ingredients transform themselves.....Time to start another loaf, this one will all be gone in a minute!
