Had a chance to meet up with my father who currently lives in Kentucky US. Drinking as much as I could to try to get used of the jet lag. I think it's working quite well. I'm ready at a normal time about 9pm in EST.
It's been only 5 months since I last met my father but it's still something special to meet up with a family far away from each other.
