A Moment of Enlightenment.

Dear Diary,

Sometimes it is just a brief moment when we can be transfixed by a simple sight, that makes us pause and marvel. Such a moment happened this morning. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a glowing shape. When I looked over I saw that the sunlight had illuminated a single catkin on a stalk of pussy willows. Its moment of enlightenment...and then it was gone.

We too can have these brief moments of enlightenment everyday in simple and ordinary ways. They light our path and guide us on our way.
