Unwrapping

For most folks Christmas Day happened yesterday, and with Mr Law responding with blue lights throughout the city of Leicester yesterday, we celebrated ours today. A leisurely morning led to some frantic present unwrapping, which even the gerbil took part in. Evidently unwrapping a large tin of Quality Street is a smile inducing moment...

We are all unwrapped now. We've eaten aplenty and I've sent Mr Law back out for his nightshift with a hefty slice of Christmas Cake. I just hope that tonight is quieter than yesterday, both for his sake and that of the good folks of Leicester. Be kind to him. xx
