random gooses

I popped into town first thing this morning, and at the junction in the village, where the council have been clearing an overgrown patch of ground next to the church and the village tennis court, were this pair of random gooses...quite a nice distraction though I probably did well to not get out of the car as the one on the right was coming right for me. They are probably cross because perhaps they used to graze in the overgrown land!
