Soeteweide

Went over to Cecile and Heinrich's place for supper and also to say 'hello' to Heinrichs parents who came over from Vrede in the Free State.
Staying far, they were not able to witness the building and progress of C&H's new abode.

On our way to C&H, we noticed that there was heavy smoke in the air and that a very large area had been covered - it was very misty and hazy and the mountain, usually very visible, was nowhere to be seen. Quite eerie.

Back home we still do not know the origin of all the smoke - most probably a veld fire that has found its way into the forest ..

Entering Soeteweide, the abundance of the masses of flowers, would not go unnoticed. C&H's home features in the background, now fully complete and a joy to live in.
